On commence par encha\u00eener des postures asanas douces puis plus toniques, proches de ceux de l\u2019aquagym et on termine par une relaxation hors de l&rsquo;eau. L\u2019id\u00e9e&nbsp;? Am\u00e9liorer la &nbsp;ma\u00eetrise du corps, du souffle et de l&rsquo;esprit, mais pas que\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eate hors de l\u2019eau, on doit se concentrer pour tenir son \u00e9quilibre via de nombreuses positions pas toujours \u00e9videntes. On encha\u00eene avec des exercices d\u2019ondulations, de spirales, de roulades qui ne sont pas sans rappeler des sensations d\u2019enfance. On va m\u00eame tenter la position du lotus en s\u2019asseyant au fond du bassin o\u00f9 le poirier, la t\u00eate en bas&nbsp;! pourquoi pas&#8230;..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LES BIENFAITS DU YOGA AQUATIQUE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 un yoga classique, le yoga aquatique est un moyen d\u2019am\u00e9liorer sa souplesse avec beaucoup moins de risques de blessure, des articulations mieux prot\u00e9g\u00e9es (dans l\u2019eau) et des chocs \u00e9videmment r\u00e9duits!&nbsp;Si tenir les postures dans l\u2019eau n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident, le gainage est \u00e9videmment mis \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve et \u00e0 terme renforc\u00e9, la colonne assouplie et les muscles allong\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce aux \u00e9tirements rendus possibles dans l\u2019eau. Enfin gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la circulation des \u00e9nergies, les tensions sont soulag\u00e9es, les toxines \u00e9limin\u00e9es et le sommeil \u00e0 terme, am\u00e9lior\u00e9.
