Le printemps est le bon moment pour mettre en place avec douceur, les projets qui durant l\u2019hiver \u00e9taient en maturation, en r\u00e9flexion. La vie instinctive est reli\u00e9e aux cycles de croissance des plantes et des animaux. Se relier en ce mois de mars \u00e0 ces forces de renaissance oriente l\u2019esprit vers la sant\u00e9, le plaisir, le passage \u00e0 l\u2019action et nourrit le corps et l\u2019\u00e2me. Un nettoyage et une lib\u00e9ration se mettent d\u2019eux-m\u00eames \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre. Ce processus de transformation peut s\u2019engager dans l\u2019instant. La pratique du yoga est une aide pr\u00e9cieuse et si vous avez pris le temps de soigner vos \u00e9motions durant l\u2019hiver, la transformation va op\u00e9rer plus ais\u00e9ment. Sortir de l\u2019hibernation naturelle mais aussi, sortir de cette isolation impos\u00e9e, figeante, qui pour certain \u00e0 mis la peur en ma\u00eetresse des lieux et faire un petit pas apr\u00e8s l\u2019autre pour s\u2019ouvrir \u00e0 nouveau\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque comportement est une r\u00e9action apprise lors d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement pass\u00e9. Comment voulez-vous engrammer les \u00e9v\u00e9nements du moment pr\u00e9sent\u00a0? Le Yoga et la th\u00e9rapie ne sont rien d\u2019autre qu\u2019une remise \u00e0 jour, une r\u00e9actualisation de nos programmes de survie et d\u2019adaptation. C&rsquo;est le jeune yang qui fait son apparition, il repr\u00e9sente la naissance, l&rsquo;enfance et l&rsquo;adolescence avant de rentrer dans la maturit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Telle une graine en terre durant l&rsquo;hiver ou nous avons matur\u00e9 nos projets, dans notre cocon, le printemps nous permet de casser la coque, de d\u00e9blayer la terre tout autour de nous, pour nous \u00e9riger vers la cro\u00fbte terrestre et sortir enfin la t\u00eate vers la lumi\u00e8re. C&rsquo;est le moment id\u00e9al pour passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;action ! Le tonnerre du printemps est l&rsquo;\u00e9veilleur, il vient nous bousculer aid\u00e9 par le vent qui emporte avec lui les graines de nos id\u00e9es, de nos projets, de nos envies, de nos besoins pour qu&rsquo;ils prennent naissance dans ce renouveau. Les yeux vont soutenir notre avanc\u00e9e, se nourrir de la couleur jaillissante des cama\u00efeux de verts que la saison nous offre  aid\u00e9 par la m\u00e8re du bois, l&rsquo;eau.
