Originaire de l&rsquo;Inde mill\u00e9naire, le yoga d\u00e9ploie son influence depuis le IIIe mill\u00e9naire avant JC, offrant une \u00e9cole de philosophie indienne qui s&rsquo;\u00e9tend bien au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res g\u00e9ographiques et temporelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ma pratique embrasse une palette diversifi\u00e9e de m\u00e9thodes, \u00e9voluant au rythme des saisons et des besoins de chacun. Du Hatha Yoga au Yoga Tib\u00e9tain, du Qi Gong au Vinyasa, en passant par le Yoga Pilates avec ou sans ballon suisse, la yoga th\u00e9rapie et la m\u00e9ditation active, le tantra blanc, chaque s\u00e9ance se tisse avec soin pour vous offrir une exp\u00e9rience compl\u00e8te et \u00e9panouissante. Les danses des \u00e9l\u00e9ments et des saisons s&rsquo;adaptent au rythme et \u00e0 l&rsquo;essence de la nature qui nous entoure, ajoutant une dimension vibrante \u00e0 notre pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Fortes de nombreuses formations et exp\u00e9riences depuis 1999, mes comp\u00e9tences en kin\u00e9siologie et en hypnose viennent enrichir nos s\u00e9ances. Ces outils pr\u00e9cieux se m\u00ealent au yoga, apportant une profondeur et une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de perspectives pour vous guider vers un bien-\u00eatre holistique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Les postures physiques, les asanas, forment l&rsquo;\u00e9pine dorsale de notre pratique. Elles lib\u00e8rent les tensions, massent les organes internes et offrent une souplesse bienvenue \u00e0 la colonne vert\u00e9brale, aux muscles et aux articulations. Mais mon approche va au-del\u00e0 : la musculation, tout aussi essentielle, est abord\u00e9e \u00e0 travers des postures toniques, insufflant vitalit\u00e9 et force \u00e0 chaque mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Explorez le blog via la barre de menu, o\u00f9 vous d\u00e9couvrirez des billets d&rsquo;humeur, des articles inspirants, des postures \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter et m\u00eame des d\u00e9lices culinaires \u00e0 savourer.
