De 2016 \u00e0 2020 j&rsquo;ai donn\u00e9 des cours&nbsp;aux classes de terminale du Lyc\u00e9e St Joseph \u00e0 Ch\u00e2teaubriant&nbsp;m\u00e9langeant le Yoga, le Coaching, l&rsquo;Hypnose et la Brain Gym. J&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 en EHPAD, en clubs sportifs, en classes Primaires, au foyer des jeunes travailleurs et en animation pour la CAF. Mes divers outils me permettent d&rsquo;accompagner divers \u00e2ges et de m&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 la demande. Mon but premier \u00e9tant d&rsquo;ouvrir ces espaces au plus grand nombre afin d&rsquo;apporter un soutien en compl\u00e9ment des soins d\u00e9j\u00e0 prodigu\u00e9s par le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 traditionnel. Cela va permettre un r\u00e9tablissement plus rapide, un autre point de vue pour aborder ce qui est l\u00e0, apprendre \u00e0 ralentir, \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 faire de nouveaux
